Our History
We have been an active jeweler in Tabriz, Iran, since 1962.In 1970, my involvement in jewel-making augmented and thereafter I launched an office in Tabriz which later on led to business ties with a popular jewel-making workshop in Tehran. Ever since, I have frequently been receiving requests from many companies that are interested in acting as the sole representative for my jewel products. Recently,
My sixty-three years of experience in the field of gold and jewel products is not restricted to Tabriz only. Since 2001, an office managed by Mr. Ali Javaheri has been offering the services of my company in Tehran in the form of both whole-selling of products and retail.

WHAT IS OUR WORKING SKELETON?
Our Rules
All our jewels are guaranteed under following conditions:
- Jewels can be returned to the gallery for any reason and payment reimbursed within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Jewells are guaranteed against any kind of problem caused by the gallery.
- Jewels can be checked up and polished in the gallery free of charge once every six month. It is evident that if jewels are not brought to the gallery for checking and polishing at the end of the sixth month the gallery shall not bear any responsibility regarding the guarantee.
- Jewels, if not damaged, can be sold back to the gallery 10-15% off the original price considering the day’s price of the item in the marketplace.
Important:
All proforma invoices are valid for only 24 hours from the time of issuance and are invalid after the specified time. You must change your proforma invoice to an official invoice and make your payment (settlement) within this 24-hour period so that the invoice has the seal and signature of Jawaheri Javid.
Second important point:
Invoices issued by the gallery without the store's seal and signature are considered proforma invoices and are invalid (proforma invoices are only valid for 24 hours from the time of issuance).
The warranty covers jewel items only.
WHAT IS OUR WORKING SKELETON?
Our Policies
All our jewels are made of 18 carat gold (750) and also our Platinum works are 900 carat.
An especial service made available by our gallery to customers is on the Javid Jewelry website dear ones, is to create an account on the Jawaheri Javid site, from now on, the jewelry certificate will be available to you online. It is also possible to order production with an account.
To repair and/or return purchased jewel items, the corresponding invoice must be handed back to the gallery by the person whose name is on the invoice.
Jewels of our gallery, if repaired elsewhere, will no longer be covered by warranty.
